Refund policy
You must contact us about returns, and get an approval for returns. No electrical parts can be returned, and our flash tools are NOT returnable once connected to a bike.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item we will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
GTM will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors, retail partners, third parties or any used parts.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received, or may not be eligible for refund and/or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Please do not dispute a charge without contacting us. We operate with the highest and utmost integrity. Please know most of our products, unless made in house, are drop ship, so we are at the mercy of our suppliers, global time differences and Worldwide Holiday delays. We aren't Amazon, so please do not expect that level of shipping service, or free returns, etc. All of our products have been developed, tested and evolved to bring you the best and stress-free experience possible for your extremely limited production Moto Guzzi.
