Shipping policy

We ship worldwide daily. However, constantly fluctuating tariffs/duties, shipping costs, customs delays, and related disputes have forced us to limit shipping options. Additional fees and delays may occur beyond our control.

We ship twice weekly, typically Tuesdays and Thursdays. Shipping rates are based on package weight and dimensions. Because some products incur inbound shipping costs before reaching us, rates may seem high. We refund any shipping overage down to our actual cost when your order ships. We often have to collect up to 50% tariff costs on products we do not manufacture.

We’re a small, independent operation, and frequent delays from suppliers, time differences, and holidays are part of doing business globally. We don’t offer return labels or refund shipping costs unless an error is ours, but we’re always happy to correct our mistakes.
